BitFlex FinTech X Celo Alliance for Prosperity — Improving the accessibility of Digital Assets in Zimbabwe 🇿🇼
BitFlex FinTech has joined the Celo Alliance for Prosperity which is a network of businesses using blockchain technology to create social impact and financial inclusion.
BitFlex FinTech joins other top worldwide member companies like Coinbase Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, B12, and Jaza Energy in working to establish an open monetary system that's focused on prosperity for all. BitFlex FinTech will focus on developing products and services that will leverage the use of the Celo Dollar ($cUSD).
With a common goal, The Celo Alliance and BitFlex FinTech aim to make digital assets more accessible and helpful in our daily lives, in Africa and Zimbabwe.

About the Alliance for Prosperity
The Alliance for Prosperity is an ecosystem of mission-aligned organizations including nonprofits, merchants, and payment processors fostering social impact and financial inclusion through the use of blockchain technology. In support of mobile-first open blockchain platform Celo, the Alliance provides infrastructure and education to enable more people to use digital currencies — specifically, the Celo Dollar stablecoin — in the geographies that need it most. Each member’s combined contributions make it easier to move digital currencies around the world and create accessible financial tools on the Celo platform, with diverse use cases including remittances, humanitarian aid, payments, and micro-lending.
With the current economical crisis in Zimbabwe, BitFlex FinTech aims to spread awareness on Celo and the Celo Dollar in and around Zimbabwe as an alternative to USD Fiat / Cash.
